Visa Requirements
- A visa is required to enter the US by private plane. The Visa Waiver Program does not apply
- Leaving by private plane (after entering with a commercial one) might be OK without a visa (check)
- Going to the US and leaving by a commercial flight but flying inside the US is no problem on the Visa Waiver Program
FAA License
- Just revalidation should be easy
- Part 61.75 certificate is kept for life according to JasonC in EuroGA
